By using ShadowEX (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02The Service
ShadowEX is an instant swap service that exchanges one digital asset for another. We do not offer accounts, wallets, deposits held on your behalf, or investment advice.
03No KYC, no freezes
We do not require identity verification and will never ask you to complete KYC. We will never freeze your funds. A swap that cannot be completed is refunded, not held.
04Your responsibilities
You are responsible for entering correct addresses and selecting the correct network. Transactions on public blockchains are irreversible; funds sent to a wrong address or network may be unrecoverable. You must comply with the laws that apply to you.
05Prohibited use
You may not use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, proceeds of crime, or any other unlawful activity.
06Rates and fees
Quotes shown on the site are estimates. The final amount depends on market movement and network conditions at the time your deposit is confirmed. All fees are included in the quoted amount.
07Refunds
If a swap cannot be completed (for example, a deposit outside the allowed amount range), funds are returned to the refund address you provide, minus network fees. If you did not provide one, contact support with your swap ID.
08Privacy
We collect only what is needed to process a swap: the addresses, amounts and transaction IDs involved. We do not require names, emails or identity documents.
09No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShadowEX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by user error, network failures, or events outside our control. Our total liability for any swap is limited to the amount of that swap.
11Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
